I was guided to share an angel message for children after hearing about a young girl who is having a hard time right now. If your children or children you know could benefit from a pick-me-up from their angels, please share this with them. Thank you!
Your guardian angel knows it will be helpful for you to talk to someone about your feelings. If you have been holding onto your feelings, it’s important to let them out. When you talk about your feelings, you understand them better. Sometimes you don’t know how you really feel until you begin talking. It isn’t healthy for you to hold in your emotions, especially anger or sadness. Find a trusted person who will listen to you-a friend, a family member or a teacher. Let that person know that you need to talk and tell them what you need. You can let them know if you just want them to comfort you or if you want advice. You can also talk to your guardian angel-your angel will listen to you with love and help you feel better.
Your guardian angel wants you to have patience. Any feelings you are having now are only temporary and things will get better before you know it. Be patient with yourself, your feelings and with the people in your life. The better you get at waiting, the more happiness you will have.
There is no need to worry-give your worries to your Guardian Angel. Take in a deep breath of air and think about the worries that you have. When you breath out, imagine that you are letting your worries go out with your breath. Worries never help anything get better, but prayer helps everything get better.
You need to be around gentle people, doing gentle things. Gentle means calm, quiet, nice and soft. Get away from video games and people who are loud. Calm yourself by praying, doing artwork, going outdoors or being with a pet. Just because other people are loud doesn’t mean you need to be. You are very gentle and sensitive. So you need to be with others who are nice like you.
Did you know that you have the power to make yourself happy? You do! You can think about being happy and you will soon feel much better. Give it a try right now. It also helps to look at all of the good things in your life, instead of what you don’t have. Being thankful is such a powerful way to make your life better that it’s almost magical. Being thankful warms you heart with good feelings. You can make yourself feel better by making a list of everything and everyone you are thankful for. Being thankful can help to take away sadness and makes everything go better.
I’m sure there are times when you find yourself wishing you had more toys, games or feeling bad because you see what the other kids have that you don’t. Instead, for the next few days, notice all the things you have in your life that you can be thankful for. Be thankful for the food you eat, the people that love and care about you, the books and toys you have. Be thankful for your friends, the place you live, for the trees, plants and animals. Be thankful for how well your body works, how it keeps you alive and how it heals itself. Say “thank you” as much as possible and see how much better you feel when you do.
-Make it a point today to say “thank you” as much as you can for anything that someone does for you. Especially thank your loved ones for things they do for you.
-At the dinner table, invite everyone to say at least 3 things that they are thankful for today.
-Write out a list of things you are thankful for and add at least 1 or 2 items each day.
-Throughout the day-take a minute every so often-pause, breathe and think about the things you are thankful for.
Keep smiling and always remember to talk about your feelings with someone you love and trust.
