This week’s angel message focuses on family, self love and creative expression. As always, this is a “general reading” that might not apply to you or your situation, but I hope you are able to take away something that resonates with your heart and soul.
There are a couple of ways to interpret the “Mother, Wife, Sister, Daughter” card and I want to share a few of the messages that were calling out to me. First of all, this could signify that a female loved one in Heaven is reaching out to say “I love you.” I saw a few flashes of people that this message was specifically for. Know that she (your mother, grandmother, wife, sister, daughter) is reaching out to say she is with you always and loves you very much (she is also very proud of you!) This card could also mean that a new relationship with a woman will prove to be very significant. She will help you to learn about yourself, heal and grow. Another interpretation is to be sure that you are balancing your masculine and feminine energies-practice giving and receiving on a daily basis. Lastly, this message could mean that you need to be willing to forgive a significant woman in your life who seems to have hurt you. Any unhealed feelings and resentment could be creating a block in you achieving your dreams. Try to see things from this particular female’s point of view, try to see that she didn’t mean to hurt you and was doing the best she could. Ask God (whomever your God) and your angels to help you release toxic energy and negative emotions associated with this particular female or females in your life. This process opens up the way for healthy relationships with women, including your own female energy (and yes both men and women have feminine energy that needs to be expressed.)
Now onto the children and “Indigo” card which I am interpreting as an Indigo child in your presence (although there are Indigo adults too.) I am going to refer to “we” as me, you, us, your culture, society and the world. I am going to refer to “our children” as children either born to you, adopted or more generally the children of the world-our future generation. So who out there is raising a young Einstein, a future leader, innovator and change-maker? This might seem daunting but it wouldn't have been given to you if you couldn't do it! You and your child have been assigned a sacred task! Indigo children are intuitive, highly-sensitive, curious, creative, spirited and strong-willed. They are natural leaders and change-bringers. They have strong personal beliefs about changing and improving the world. They march to the beat of their own drum and tend to rebel against conformity and authoritarian principles. They don’t like nor respond positively to fear-based, deceitful or manipulative behavior. They challenge outdated belief systems. We have a lot to learn from these special children-and it is important to see that they can teach us a thing or two about what is and is not working in today’s world. Think about it like this, in every relationship-we are both the teacher and the student. Recently, I saw the most adorable video of a baby laughing hysterically tearing up paper with her dad. It was a reminder for me to find joy in the little things. What can WE learn from these children? What changes need to happen to support them? If our children are "failing" then can we take a look at how WE might be "failing" our children? They might have a different way of learning then the way we were taught or continue to learn. No one ever stops learning. What can we learn about them-from them and for them? It’s also important to remember that we lead by example. We show our children what is important to us by our behaviors and actions. Our children learn not just by what we say, but what we do, how we treat ourselves and how we treat others. They learn by how we talk about ourselves and how we talk about others. What are we teaching them about what success and happiness mean? What are we teaching them about love-do we show them how to love ourselves and love others unconditionally? Do we show them that self-care includes setting healthy boundaries with others?
Self care and self acceptance are important for all of us. Show your kids that it is important and a priority! Do we show them that we accept ourselves and others as “imperfect?” What are we teaching our children by the way we are living our life and how we manage stress and disappointments? Are we showing them the importance of balance, health and happiness? I recommend checking out “The Wholehearted Parenting Manifesto” by Brene Brown for more encouragement. You can Google it!
Creative self expression is so important for learning about ourselves-why not make it a family affair? Make sure to incorporate creative self expression into your lives. Spend time routinely with your children practicing creative self expression through storytelling, drawing, painting, writing, singing and dancing. Ask your children to tell you a story. Ask them about their day and let them know it is important to talk about their feelings. Be open to learning more about yourself and your children.
The “creative writing” card indicates that it would be beneficial for you to journal about your feelings. Journaling and expressing yourself creatively helps you to process emotions and break through any emotional blockages. This card could also indicate that you have real creative writing abilities that you are putting to use in a career or that you should pursue as a career. Archangel Gabriel is the “messenger of God.” She is able to help with the creative writing process and can also connect you with people who can help you to get your book or articles published. Call upon Archangel Gabriel with any help you need in creative writing. Be open to her messages appearing through your intuition, dreams or what you synchronistically stumble upon throughout your day.
You have given a lot of yourself lately and now it’s time to receive and to nurture yourself. Take good care of your body-eat healthy, get enough sleep, exercise and detoxify. Balance giving to others with receiving for yourself. Do something nice for yourself and let others love you! It appears that you will be coming into a time where more “leisure” time will become available for you to get some much needed peace of mind. Try to devote time daily to peaceful, quiet solitude. If you can or are practicing meditation-way to go! It is so important to stop our busy minds and just be. Peace, clarity and inspiration can all be found when we take some quiet time to relax our busy minds.
Lastly, we have the “Treasure Island” card. This signifies that positive thinking brings your dreams into reality. This card embodies the “Law of Attraction” where your thoughts create your reality. It is important to remove any blockages-by letting go and forgiving yourself and others. Focus your thoughts on what you want, rather than on what you fear or don’t want. Abundance, prosperity and good fortune are available to you if you keep your thoughts positive! Remember to share any good fortune with others, as treasure shared multiplies like magic.
-I make relaxation a part of my daily life. Peace and quiet bring me clarity and joy.
Prayer Guidance for Indigo children:
-Archangel Metatron oversees the Indigo generation, so he is the best angel to call upon for help with issues related to Indigo children and adults. Take a few moments to quiet your mind and body, by closing your eyes and taking some deep breaths. Then ask Archangel Metatron any questions you have related to children in general; a specific child; or a person who exhibits Indigo qualities such as sensitivity, strong will and concern for the earth. Ask Archangel Metatron for guidance with this issue or for a Divine assignment in which you can help the Indigo generation.
